Please Remember:

The Village Ordinance for garbage containers states that 32 gallon plastic 32 gal Garbage Can

or galvanized cans with handles and lids must be used for garbage pick up.

Please purchase the proper size garbage can so that we can provide garbage pick up for you without injury to our employees.

Attention Residents

Please be advised that all Village of Lansing Public Works employees have Public Works ID Cards.

Our employees all wear clothing that is clearly marked with the logo of "Lansing Public Works" and are driving vehicles with municipal license plates beginning with the letter "M".

These vehicles are lettered with the Public Works Department name and number. Please be sure to check this information BEFORE allowing anyone to enter your home.
